Close Aviation want really high deposits and really short terms (24-months). I have tried the biggest (Lombard) but they wont finance anything sub £125,000.

I couldnt stretch to anything over £100,000 due to the deposit requirement.Īm looking for pointers for obtaining finance on one. I've also seen several that have just had full 2200 hour rebuilds and priced anywhere between £110,000 to £120,000, so there are lots of choices. I've seen many advertised that have, say, 4-5 years of life left on them, anywhere from 600-1000 hours remaining and priced anywhere from £70,000 to £85,000. However, funding one is proving to be a challenge. I definately want to own my own machine and figure it's a good idea to buy one now, finish my training and get my licence on it.

I'm based in England and looking to purchase a used R22 Beta or Beta II. I started flying lessons last October (31 lessons so far). Notable differences are the R66's increased reserve power, improved altitude performance, fifth seat, and large baggage compartment.I'm newly registered on this forum, but been reading it for about 6 months. The Robinson R66 Turbine retains many of the design features of the R44.

R44 CADET is a versatile two-place helicopter ideally suited for flight schools and operators that want the economy of a small helicopter but desire the comfort, power and performance of a larger helicopter. Robinson's R44 Raven Series Helicopters provide excellent reliability, responsive handling, and altitude performance, making the R44 the ideal helicopter for private, business, and utility applications. The Robinson R22 Beta II is flown throughout the world for many applications, ranging from flight training to livestock mustering to patrolling pipelines that require dependability, low operating costs and performance. We invite you to familiarize yourself with our offer.
